Rules

No kill carp fishing

  • It is strictly forbidden to take fishes away.
  • Fishing may be done only in the back lake, and is strictly forbidden in the river.
  • We are entitled to check mats and vehicles.
  • Anglers are allowed to use a maximum of three rods. The rods must be raised when the angler leaves its place.
  • Only one hook, barbless or barbed, by line is allowed. The use of braidis forbidden.
  • The lines should be made so that the lead gets lost if the line breaks.
  • Unhooking mats are compulsory and must be watered before use.
  • The fishes may never be directly on the ground. They must be handled with respect and caution, and released after having be duly re-oxygentead.
  • The use of storing bags is autorised.
  • The use of large landing nets with small mesh is compulsory (minimal width of net : 100 cms/40’’).
  • The bivvies used should be of a neutral color, and match the surrounding site.
  • Bait boats are allowed in your own fishing zone only.
  • Bait must be used in moderate quantity.
  • It is forbidden to lighten the water at night with a torch lamp, except to put the fish in the landing net.
  • Access and schedule
    • The access to the lake is open from 7.30 AM on, and will be closed at 8.30PM.
    • The lake rounding road is the only allowed for use. The other roads or paths are of restricted access.
    • You may join your fishing place with your vehicle. It must be parked so that it remains to drive on the road.
    • In case of heavy environmental problem, such as flood or fire, the meeting point is marked on the map joined.

Cottage

  • A kitchen is at your disposal to cook your meals.
  • You are allowed to lunch on the central area.
  • The cottage offers two toilets /wash-stands with shower.
  • There are plugs to recharge your electric equipment,(please bring English plug).
  • A refrigerator and a freezer are at your disposal to store your food.
  • Fire camp is forbidden, but barbecues are allowed if close to the lake.

Communication

We would be pleased to have as many photos of your catch and sojourn as possible to keep our FB page lively. Thank you for helping us to get them and allow us their use.

Cleanliness – Selective waste sorting out

  • Do not throw anything in the water.
  • The fishing places must remain clean, without any waste, stopper, glass, cigaret-end, etc. Garbage-cans are available at every place.
  • In order to help us to improve our environment, the waste should be sorted as follows :
    • A container for glass bottles
    • A container for plastic, metal or hard-paper boxes, cans, dishes or bottles
    • A container for household refuses
  • The nice anglers will be rewarded

Safety and interdictions

  • When using a boat you must wear the life-jacket that has been given upon your arrival.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bath or to go into the water without a boat.
  • The company « SAS les étangs des nénuphars » and its representatives can never be considered as responsible in case of accident related to the non-respect of the rules hereabove.
  • Il order to watch the zone, cameras are placed on different locations. The photos/movies will be stored in accordance with the law.
  • The direction cannot be considered as responsible for any steeling or personal damage occuring on the site.
  • Pets (dogs and cats) are not allowed.
  • Any breach to these rules will be immediately penalized.
